Career Highlights
Levi Kereama is a talented young Māori actor whose work spans film, television, theatre, web series, and voice performance. A graduate of Rosmini College's highly regarded performing arts programme, Levi earned recognition early in his career, receiving the Best Supporting Actor Award for "The Ladykillers" at the 2019 Showdown Awards, as well as both the Senior Drama Cup and Senior Performing Arts Cup in the same year. On screen, Levi has appeared in "Shortland Street", "The Wilds", and "The Jacquie Brown Diaries", as well as guest roles in "Power Rangers." In 2020, he starred in the short film "Balloons" and appeared in the acclaimed web series "The Eggplant." Levi has built an impressive theatre résumé, performing lead and featured roles in productions including "The Heartbreak Choir" for Auckland Theatre Company, "Astroman", "Medea", "Behind Closed Doors", "The Ladykillers", and "Tom Sawyer." His stage work has seen him collaborate with respected directors including Rachel House, Tainui Tukiwaho, Rawiri Paratene, and Margaret-Mary Hollins. With experience across multiple performance mediums and a growing list of screen and stage credits, Levi continues to establish himself as one of New Zealand's exciting emerging Māori actors.
